Reserve in & out accessThe important distinction
A calendar day is not a 24-hour parking pass.
Your drive-in charges are calculated by the gate system and are capped at $16.50 during each calendar day. At midnight, a new calendar day—and a new $16.50 maximum—begins, regardless of when you originally entered.
The maximum resets at midnight
Parking before and after 12:00 a.m. spans two separate calendar billing days. The clock does not run for 24 hours from your entry time.
Payment is due every time you exit
Your parking session ends when you leave the lot. Paying at the gate does not preserve access for a later return.
Re-entry starts a new session
If you exit and come back, the return visit is charged separately. Another daily maximum may apply later that same day.

How this works at the gate
One calendar day
Enter and exit before midnight. The gate calculates your drive-in charge, up to that day’s $16.50 maximum.
Parked across midnight
Enter at night and leave the next morning: your drive-in total is $33.00—$16.50 for the arrival day and $16.50 after midnight.
Leave and return
Pay when you exit. Returning later begins a new parking session with a new charge—even if you already reached the earlier session’s maximum.
Leaving and coming back?
Choose an In & Out Access reservation.
